In about a week, the 2012 AAFP National Conference of Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students will start. I have already predicted that this will be THE most social media connected meeting EVER for residents and students. Two examples of this are Diana Tucci and Aaron Meyer who are challenging medical students to run their election campaigns on twitter. Very creative.
The video above is a flash from the past from just 2 years ago in 2010. On that podcast, we did a very unique thing and interviewed people live from the convention floor during the meeting. I talked with (then) Family Medicine Resident Dr. Gerry Tolbert about the Opening Night of the meeting which is a big social event.
